“I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed and appreciated yesterday’s webinar. I’m not sure what I was expecting but I really took a lot from it, both in terms of the content of the session but also that it was structured to allow and encourage people to share and relate. I found it incredibly comforting hearing the stories of others. Loved it! Thanks again.”

I facilitate this free live session periodically to help raise awareness and understanding of Imposter Syndrome. The session typically lasts 45 minutes and is inclusive, informative and engaging.

We will explore what Imposter Syndrome is, some of the reasons it is so prevalent, and some of the many ways it can impact our working (and wider) lives, from our levels of job satisfaction to our health and well-being.

Inquiries throughout will help you gain deeper insight into your personal ‘imposter’ experiences and there will be time to share your reflections and ask any questions you may have (everything is invitational with no pressure to share).

At the end of the session, I will share a little about my other services including my very popular workshop Navigating Imposter Syndrome which will be available for the first time as a public session in 2024 plus my annual 4-week online course Overcoming Imposter Syndrome next taking place in May 2024. There will be no ‘hard sell’: in my experience people come to this work when the time is right for them.
